Standards of Conduct: 1. UFP is a military based roleplay fleet. Each member will act accordingly 2. We DO NOT INTERFEAR with other fleets. We will act however as arbitrators between other fleets. Making judgemnts based on facts. Not opinions. 3. While in a UFP uniform. You will conduct yourself in a proper military manner. Ranking officers will be treated accordingly. 4. Higher ranking Officers are to be met with a salute "<S>".  5. When issues arrise between members of UFP. Use the Chain of Command to resolve these issues. DO NOT SUPERCEDE THE CHAIN. After a decesion has been made, it is final. 6. Promotions will be based on the following:        a. willingness to roleplay        b. leadership and piloting skills        c. overall personality DO NOT ASK TO BE PROMOTED!!!!!!!!!! Ranking Structure: Top Brass FADM - Combined Fleet Admiral ADM - Admiral, Fleet Executive Officer VADM - Vice Admiral, Liason between the Fleet and the Top Brass Fleet The fleet will consist of three Starships. As we grow, more ships will be added to the fleet.
